Ophelie is a gem. Such a beautiful, pure personality, open and honest. I felt at ease with her quickly. It feels so safe to be able to walk this path together with her, even though it can be quite intense with all the feelings that come up. For me, this has already brought some beautiful insights, made my backpack a bit lighter... Very grateful for the valuable moments we've already had (and will have).

Opheliecan really sense what and where things are stuck, even in places I had no idea about.

For example, 'there's still some sadness here, anger over there.'

Somatic bodywork is a gentle approach, meaning she pays close attention to how far she can go, which I appreciate. With harder touches, I would 'close up,' but she does it in a softer yet quite effective way.

It also allows me to listen to my body/feelings better and be more present in my body.

Her (tantra) massages are also highly recommended, by the way. I'm very grateful that she came into my life
