- yoga mat and possibly a small cushion
- comfortable clothes that you can move easily in

In Touch is a series of 5 workshops where you deepen your relationship with yourself and your connection with others.
First, you go inward. Feel what is truly alive within you. Not just understand, but embody your life energy, joy of life, and vitality.
From there, real contact with others arises: staying present with yourself while opening up, meeting, moving, playing, and connecting.
We practice feeling, being present, experiencing and setting boundaries, receiving, and truly showing yourself. Even the less comfortable layers get space. Because the deeper you dare to meet yourself, the freer and more authentic you can be in contact with others.
Not superficial contact, but truly meeting each other. Without masks. With depth and playfulness.
Each afternoon consists of two parts:
1. In contact with yourself
Breathwork, journeys, meditation, and consciousness techniques.
2. In contact with the other
Movement, dance, playful and connecting exercises, contact forms, and bodywork.
5 Sunday afternoons — Bruges
Every two weeks.
Optionally, you can deepen the series with a 6th day: a deep, transformative journey on Saturday, November 28, 2026.
